Avocado Snack Recipes
High-sugar holiday snacks look good, and taste good the moment you eat them. Yet pay attention to how you feel an hour or two afterwards. After eating sugary snacks do you ever:
- Feel lethargic?
- Struggle with brain fog or fuzzy thinking?
- Sense a lower, more despondent mood?

Why not snack on foods that help you feel good TODAY?
I believe eating more green veggies like avocado, kale, and spinach will also promote better health in your future. That’s great, but it can be hard to get excited about a benefit far off in the distance. Pay attention to how what you eat influences how you feel TODAY.
When you need a quick snack, choose whole foods and vegetables that nourish both mind and body.
