Ingredients
  

  • 1 flour tortilla
  • 1/3 avocado
  • 1/2 cup tomato
  • 1 Tbsp picante sauce

Instructions
 

  • Spread 1 flour tortilla on a plate.
  • Cut a wedge equaling one third of the avocado. Scoop flesh from peel, dice it in one-inch chunks and spread down middle of tortilla.
  • Dice 1/2 cup fresh tomato chunks and spread down middle of tortilla.
  • Top with picante sauce. Roll tortilla into a burrito shape. Enjoy!
