Follow Nature and Be the Bloom
What Meditation On Nature Did For Me Once upon a time, I thought multi-tasking was a great skill. It was something I bragged about. Did I tell you about the time I drove down the New York Thruway while eating lunch and typing emails on my laptop? Taking time for meditation on nature? Wasteful.

Thanks for this, Debbie! BTW, Kim Edwards is also a graduate of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, here at the University of Iowa. (Go, Hawks!)
Hi Ann, Good point! I left that out of her bio. The University of Iowa Writer’s Workshop is renowned. Such a good program, with many notable graduates. Glad you promote your hometown U!
This sounds like a wonderful read. Thanks for the restful video and reading!
You’re welcome Rita! It’s always nice in winter to see summer scenes isn’t it?
Thanks for the short video. It was a quick escape to the serenity that a summer lake offers. It is nice to look out on a lake not covered in ice and snow!
Yes it is John! I’m glad you found a mini-escape through this video. I filmed it in August when it was hot and muggy…which sounds pretty great right now!
